The brief
Event ticketing in Morocco still runs largely through informal channels: bookings by message, payment at the door, manual headcounts. It's hard to know how many seats genuinely remain, and impossible to catch duplicates on the way in.
Our approach
We built a platform covering the full chain: create an event, put tickets on sale, take payment online, generate a unique coded ticket, and check people in at the door. The critical point was ticket uniqueness and handling simultaneous sales of the last remaining seats.
The trickiest module was remaining-seat management. When several people buy the last tickets at the same instant, the database has to decide without ever overselling — a classic concurrency case we handle with transactional locking.
The organiser interface is deliberately plain: creating an event and putting tickets on sale should take a few minutes, with no prior training.
